Oakland Pride enters a new chapter this year as a proud program of the Oakland LGBTQ Community Center, deepening its connection to year-round community work. Join us August 16, 2026 in downtown Oakland for a full day of celebration. More than a single event, Oakland Pride reflects the city's culture, resilience, and creativity—featuring a vibrant parade, local artists, and community programming. This transition keeps Pride rooted in connection, health, and inclusion while supporting LGBTQ+ Oaklanders across generations.
